All visitors to the DeepLook Directory agree that:

1. DeepLook Directory provides this service to visitors for free, and as such all visitors are volunteers.
2. DeepLook Directory has no control over any content that is served from an external website.
3. The text entries, and URLs, in the directory database have been written by third parties. DeepLook Directory makes no warranty, guarantee or promise as to their accuracy or reliability.
4. DeepLook Directory makes no warranty, guarantee, endorsement or promise in relation to any aspect of a third party service, product, company or other matter.
5. DeepLook Directory's Private Policy applies to all personal information that is collected off the DeepLook Directory website.

 

Linking Policy

DeepLook Directory rules of submission:

1. Before submitting to DeepLook Directory, search your site, if already listed don't resubmit your site.
2. Submit only web sites offering unique content.
3. Submit only web sites offering relevant content based on DeepLook Directory's Topic (Music, Art and Entertainment).
4. Submit only web sites in English, German or Spanish language.
5. Submit your web sites to the single most relevant category.
6. Listings to Top Categories are not possible.
7. Do not submit duplicated sites.
8. Do not submit inappropriate CAPITALIZATI0N of words.
9. No website titles containing too many Keywords.

DeepLook Directory reserves the exclusive right to determine which websites it will link to. However, DeepLook Directory will only reject or delete a listing where the content of the subject website is deemed, in the opinion of a DeepLook Directory editor, to be offensive, not in the global public interest, or generally in bad taste.


DeepLook Directory will NOT link to sites that:

1. Gambling, sports betting, horse and greyhound racing, person-to-person betting related sites,
2. Illegal websites containing copyright destruction, violence, fraud, child pornography, racism, vulgarity or warez,
3. Pornography or explicit adult content,
4. Political propaganda,
5. Racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory content,
6. Illegal material (including but not limited to, material that infringe copyright law (e.g. illegal Mp3s, Warez, Serials etc),


7. Spyware or adware, or
8. Slanderous/defamatory content,


9. Are under construction,
10. Have broken links,
11. No affilaite links or websites allowed as free submissions,
12. Affilaite links or websites are allowed as Paid Listings but ONLY for related to DeepLook Directry's Topic,
13. Open POP-UP or POP-Under windows,
14. Do not serve the interests of DeepLook Directory visitors,
15. Contain a large number of advertisements, and
16. Use pop-ups, pop-unders or any other obtrusive advertising.
17. Online Shops with no terms, shipping information or contact details.
18. Include product pricing and special offers. These are subject to change and are therefore not accepted.
19. If the reciprocal link url is different then the one of the website submitted.

DeepLookDirectory.com reserves the right to modify Titles, Description and/or meta tags.

If you notice a website is included in this directory but contravenes our linking policy, please go to the website listing detail page and click on "Report" or inform us via our Contact form.

 

Listing Agreement

1. Featured Listing cost just $7.95 Euro one-time review fee for a Permanant Listing. Included in this listing is a review within 24 hours, a colored background, a website thumbshot, submission to 3 additional categories of your choice and your website will be always on top of regular listings.
2. Regular Listing with Reciprocal Link to support us is FREE for a Permanant Listing. Included in this listing is a review within 72 hours, submission to 2 additional categories of your choice. Only homepages are allowed
3. Regular Listing with no Reciprocal Link is FREE for a Permanent listing. Reciprocal link is not required but appreciated. Listing approval within 3 - 7 days. Only homepages are allowed (e.g. www.yourdomain.com - not www.yourdomain.com/somepage.html) and just 1 category listing.
4. DeepLook Directory cannot guarantee any listing approval. If a submissions for Featured or Paid listings are not accepted, a full refund will be made.
5. All time periods quoted for listing approval are estimates only and might vary.
6. Featured listings are given first priority, followed by Paid listings and Free listings.
7. All submissions may be edited by DeepLook Directory's editor before they are placed in the directory. Including, but notlimited to, changes to a listing's "Title", "Description", "Category" and "URL".
8. DeepLook Directory cannot guarantee or predict the exact location of a listing after publication. A listing's position is subject to change due to new website listing being submitted regulary.
9. All listings are subject to being deleted at any time if they fail to comply with DeepLook Directory's Linking Policy. No refunds will be issued in this event.
10. DeepLook Directory's linking policy, terms of service and this agreement may change at any time and without further notice. Possible changes will be published on this webpage. Please make sure you're coming back on regular bases to check on them.
11. Our Privacy Policy applies to all personal information submitted in accordance with any listing. By submitting your website to the DeepLook Directory, you accept our Privacy Policy.

 

Private Policy

1. All personal information collected on the DeepLook Directory website is protected by this Privacy Policy. Nor will we monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your use of our Service.
2. DeepLook Directory will not sell, rent or otherwise distribute your personal information without your consent.
3. If you submit a listing to our directory, we may send you email in relation to the status of that listing (Status Emails). You agree to receive Status Emails as a condition of submitting your website. An example of a Status Email would be to tell you that your site had been accepted into the DeepLook Directory directory.

Modification of Terms and Policies

DeepLook Directory.com reserves the right to change its Terms of Service and Policies in regards to its service at any time and without further notice. Notification will be given to you via update of this page. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Policies and Terms.
